We guarantee that the rates found through our official website are the lowest in comparison to other online sources for same day searches. If you find a lower rate with the same kind of room and conditions, please contact us and we will gladly match it or even beat it upon verification.
The hotel offers valet parking at a fee of $10.00 per evening.
Cancellations must be made 72 hours before 5:00 pm of the day of arrival. Guests who do not cancel within this time will be charged for a one-night stay with tax.
In case of no-show, 100% of total room rate with tax will be charged.
Early Departure Policy
Guests will be asked to confirm their departure date upon check-in. Guests may change their departure date without penalty at the time of check-in. An early departure fee of one half night’s room and tax applies to guests checking out prior to their confirmed departure date.
Children Policy/ Extra adult Policy
Child under 5-year old: free of charge. Sharing the existing bed with parents
Child from 5-year old to under 12-year old: surcharge $10/person/room/night.
Child from 12-year old or extra Adult: surcharge $15/person/room/night.
Credit Card Policy
Hanoi Chic Hotel accepts all major credit cards (Visa, Master, JCB & Amex). If payment by credit card, there is a 3% of additional transaction fee will be charged.
Check-in time is at 2:00 pm, and check out time is 12:00 noon. Late checkout request is subjected to available, there may be an additional fee. Early check-in time will be extended with no extra fee when available.
A valid credit card will be required upon CONFIRM booking; For credit card reservations, the same card(s) must be presented upon check in at the hotel.
Hotel management reserves the right to cancel any reservations without notice if we are notified of any fraud or illegal activities associated with the full payments received.
Generally, we cannot guarantee any room number or room allocation, although we make every effort to grant special requests.
Unfortunately, Hanoi Chic Hotel does not allow pets.
Our hotel is a smoke-free establishment. Smoking in a designated non-smoking area is subject to fine.
Complaints/ Comments Policy
We take our guest satisfaction very seriously. Any complaint or comment regarding a stay at our hotel should be made in the first instance to the hotel’s duty manager at the time of your stay so that we can attempt to resolve it immediately..
